Daily Content

I am trying to set up a section in a global area that shows daily content. I tried using the "Message of the Day" block, but it doesn't work in 5.6 (and newer).

Then, I tried displaying a stack where each block was scheduled to show for one day. This isn't working either, as it shows all the blocks at once.

Any ideas on how I can set up daily content?

You should be able to create a stack and then on each block that you add go into the Set Permissions, click the Override Permissions button, click the View Block link, edit the Guest line and enter when you want this block to show. Save all of the screens and then add the whole stack to the front end where you want it.

NOTE: When you are logged in as Administrator or Super User you will see all of the blocks, however when you are logged out you will only see the ones that you have scheduled for the current time.
