Dashboard Problem by Reason of Adobe Flash

Hello from Germany!
Since my update to 5.3.3.1, the dashboard shows me the error message that I need to install Adobe Flash. I did that, and not just once. Everything should be viewed with Flash does not work (gallery). The biggest problem for our customers is the error message that the display can not be displayed properly because apparently there is no Adobe Flash was installed. So i think the Problem is to solved in php. I know myself too little with it.
Does anyone know the problem?
