Dashboard visual layout problem
Permalink
Hi I don't really know what to call this but when I go in to the dashboard, mostly systems and settings but sometimes other areas, all the text is smashed up all the way to the left.
This also slightly happens when I go to add a block but it's not as bad. Please see screen shot.

Thanks for your reply.
I'm having the same problem on all browsers. Clearing the cache and cookies didn't make a difference.
I have been using this theme since August and the issue started about a month ago.
I should have plenty of space on my domain, I upgraded a while ago to solve other issues.
I'm sorry I'm not that technical, I have no idea what "CHMOD all your files to 644 and directories to 755 to avoid internal server errors that would prevent the CSS from loading." means? How would I do this?
Thanks again for your help!

Hmmm, weird. Have you tried clearing the cache from your dashboard?
Number 3 is not your issue, no need to further explain that.
Maybe, if you're comfortable with that, you could PM me with some login details?

*whew* #3 would probably make my head explode! :)
Yes I have cleared the cache the best I can from the dashboard when I can pick it out of that jumbled mess that is all the dashboard text, I can't get to the cache settings at all.
I will PM you my log in info, maybe you can see something that I can't.
Thanks so much!!!

You might want to check the theme you're using.
Usually a css thing.

I seem to be having the same problem on all browsers all of a sudden. Caches have been cleared locally and on the concrete5 server. In the past I saw this problem occur with a resource limit, but since then I have put myself on a VPS with lots of RAM, and it hadn't happened in a month since... until now. Anyone have any insight into this?
Hi, I am also in VPS and it happened after I switched so not sure if that is affecting it or not. Someone thought it may be related to the Pro Events add-on, are you using that?
Mine is "better" but it's still happening sometimes.

Jonah from Hostco has been of GREAT assistance in helping track this down. It appears to be a PHP caching problem. THANK YOU, JONAH! See his post here:

I disabled Xcache and mod_php and the problem went away. Of course, this will likely affect performance, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

1) Not all files are uploaded. Consider the following options:
- Re-upload all your website's contents
- Your host might be limiting the amount of files you have per domain, therefore some files might get lost.
2) Browser issue.
- Clear cache and cookies, then log in again.
- ...and use Chrome or Firefox, for god's sake.
3) Permissions issue. Maybe you should CHMOD all your files to 644 and directories to 755 to avoid internal server errors that would prevent the CSS from loading.
