Database error- How do i fix this

Unable to connect to database.

I dont even know how to get in to fix this one. Any ideas?

Was your Concrete site working before? Were there any problems during installation? What were you doing when this happened? Have you overridden any core files (or made copies of them in the site root)?
It could something simple like Mnkras said where your site simply cannot connect to the SQL database, but we'll need some more information before we can offer something other than guesses.

thats the error, it can't connect to the db
