Database Manager download

I am new to concreate5. Thought I understood ad-ons. Trying to get ad-on Database Manager. I find it, check it out and see it in my installed and available pane. when I click on download it says:

There was an error unpacking your file. Perhaps you have not uploaded a valid zip file, or you do not have zip installed.
I have winzip 6 installed. I do not get any errors.
Also: I looked at SQL buddy bc it says it uses it, but where do I put it. The readme says put it anywhere, but surely it matters.

If you can't get the website to automatically install the addon, you can try manually installing it instead -- click the "Download Archive" link in the marketplace page for that addon, unzip the download, and put the extracted folder into your site's "packages" directory. Note that sometimes when you unzip things it puts an extra folder inside another folder with the same name -- you don't want this -- you just want one folder called "database_manager" (or something like that), and inside that should be a bunch of files and folders -- *not* another folder called "database_manager".
After that, go to your dashboard and you should see it in the list of addons that can be installed.
You don't need to install SQL Buddy -- the addon includes it already.

Thanks Minkras. I installed the upgrade, but still had the unzip problem. Maybe I also installed winzip 9 this time.I need to use some other zip utility other than wizip.

I will see if I can figure out the zip issue after I play with the database tool and see how it works.
