Datagrid to edit sql table

I have created a table, but would like to maintain it through the dashboard. Can any one point me the in right direction on how to add a datagrid to the dashboard to enable me to do this?

Not meant to be used by end users though!

I need this to be used by non administrators.
Is there anyway your addon can be restricted to a certain table?
