Datepicker in external form - missing js

I'd like to use datepicker in external form, but it seems that datepicker works only when I'm logged in. Obviously it's missing js and maybe css file, I didn't look which files are needed yet, but probably at least /concrete/js/jquery.ui.js.

Do I really need to find out required files by hand and include them somehow to header from my external form?
