Default Forms Block Adding Functionality

Hello All!
I have added a default form block to my page, but need to have a block of text between questions. I didn't see that as an option, but it seems like something pretty basic to me.
Am I blind or did the C5 team not include this feature?

No, not available. Just look at the options when adding a field!
