Deleted: /concrete/elements/header_required from my FTP program - HELP

I deleted /concrete/elements/header_required from my FTP program somehow and now when I login to admin in Concrete5 to edit - the edit bar does not appear. I'm freaking out here. I'm very new with this and need some real help to see if/how I solve this problem. Thanks!!
