DESPERATELY NEED HELP! HTML code broke stack

I added an HTML block in a stack that my entire site uses as a header. It was for FoxyCart. The code is:
Now when I try to edit the stack and click on it, the Concrete5 overlay will not pop-up to let me edit it, delete it, etc.
Thought I could roll it back to an old version, but when I pick "Versions" the page is all text (see screenshot).
Any ideas would be SO appreciated!!!!!
