Different, but similar style for specific type of page

We have a "landing page" design we want to use on specific pages, i.e. for press releases, promotions, etc... They will all look the same, so the design will need to be reused when we create a new "page" each time..

Would this require a new page type to be created? Or a new single page for each one? I'm confused.
