Different price for different groups with E-commerce.

Is it possible with the E-Commerce module to have, let say 2 group. Group 1 and Group 2. Group 1 can log in and see the product price for $10. But when Group 2 logs in, they will see a discounted price $5.

I know I can change the permission of the block, but the overall price does not change. Are there permissions on the E-Commerce module?

no.

you could make different products, and put them on pages controlled by groups, but products themselves do not have group specific pricing built in.

This works, but how would you suggest doing the navigation? Is it possible with permission to exclude a group? It would say, "everyone is allowed to view this page except group2."

Or possibly write a custom attribute to exclude from a certain group?
