Digital download files stored

I am designing my website with concrete5. I will sell videos on the website that I want to be available by digital download after the person pays for a video.
I have already purchased the ecommerce and digital download add on.
Where do I upload the video files to? Do I upload them through the file manager or would it be easier to use a ftp client?
My videos are around 900mb each if that makes a difference.
If I use a ftp client which folder to I use to upload the videos to?

Thanks for any help you can give.

yes public_html/files/incoming

and yes ftp, I'd be freaking amazed if your server allowed 900mb files to be uploaded via post :).

Thank you so very much.

How do I point the file that I upload by ftp to the incoming folder to the product on the website so that it is able to be downloaded when purchased?
