I don't see any settings for disabling this. The other option is overriding the Conversation block message.

I have attached the override to disable the social sharing features. Using the override requires file access to the site - e.g. FTP or web host file manager. The override just comments out the social sharing feature code.

- in your concrete5 install, navigate to application\elements
- in the elements folder, unzip the contents of conversation.zip
- after unzipping, there will be a new folder created called conversation with a file inside called message.php
application\elements\conversation\message.php
