Disappearing Blocks

This is weird. All of a sudden client reports that blocks on the blog pages are not appearing to guests. I logged in to check permissions and cant find anything out of order.

I am assuming it has to do with thehttp://www.thehillsmu.com/blog page (no page list) but on the homepage we see the page list fine in guest mode. The advanced permissions on the blog page show that they are inherited from the home page.
I tried changing the page type, no dice. I tried manually adjusting the permissions, no dice.
I am on 5.6. Anybody got any ideas?

I figured this out finally. There were cache files that C5 was not deleting. I ended up deleting the cache files by sshing into the server and cmoding the files/cache folder. Then I deleted the cache files manually through FTP.
I always set the 'files' folder to 755 as stated in the installation instructions:
"2. Make sure files/ and its subdirectories are writable by the Apache process (or the world.)"
