Discussion - Threaded?

So, I just installed the discussion package...
There are a few issues with 5.6.0.1 so I upgraded to 5.6.0.2...
Im now trying to get the threaded display for posts (as the tests below) but the responses are only ever displayed chronologically... Does anyone have any experience with the discussion package?
