Disk quota exceeded error

Hi all,
Can anyone help with this error that I am getting on a client site? It does not occur all the time.

contact your host, your sever or your account is running out of space, that is not an issue with c5.
That's what I thought. Will let the client know as hosting not managed by me thank god. :)

It may not even be a space problem by terms of Datasize but by terms of amount of files. We had 25'000 max amount of files from our hoster which was reached by concrete5. It hat solely over 13000 cache files. Maybe this is a concrete5 probleme as well?
