Display and manage product catalog

Hi
I'm looking for an addon to display and manage large amount of data. Like a product catalog, with images.
I have looked at the Data diplay package. But it only semes to handle text?
Ideally I would like to have a nice listing of products in the backend. And have a repeated region to show on the frontend.
Maybe it's like the ecommerce but without the ecommerce functions.

This will require you to have a different page for each of your products but the final result could be really nice!
