Displaying Page Types in the Sitemap

I rely quite heavily on a lot of page types, and having to click through the context menus to see what pagetype a given page is using is getting to be a real pain.

I'd like edit the sitemap so that you can see the pagetype in brackets next to the page name.

Does anyone know how (or even where) I can attempt to do this?

This will be available in the upcoming release, 5.4.0, and it's already implemented along other wonderful enhancements in the current dev version.
