Displaying TinyMCE editor

Isn't there a simple way to display the TinyMCE editor instead of a regular textarea? What I want to do is to show it on a single page within my dashboard, but I also cannot get it to work elsewhere.

I have searched around, but I couldn't find anything. I would just imagine that there is an easier way to do it than craft it myself.
