Do all themes have a blog?

I want to use this theme because it's the most professional things for free in the market, please tell me it has a blog haha!

Sorry It didn't occur to me to mention that I don't want the blog to come as a addon that I will have to purchase since I'm flat out and ahead of my budget :)

Yes. All themes support blogging with the view.php page type which is included with all themes.
