Documentation website in C5

Hi, I need to create a structure for a documentation website exactly like C5 documentation archive page at
http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/...

How should I set the theme/pages/blocks to achieve an archive page like that and its sub-sections/article structure?

Is there some open source code like that I could take a look at?

We built that in a unique way because of our own site's goofiness.
I'd suggest exploring the page list block. That would give you just about anything you need to do this... or the Auto-Nav.
