dotawesome theme help

Permalink 1 user found helpful
I am looking to change the 'dotawesome' writing in the upper left hand corner of the theme but can not figure out how. I have searched these forums and can't seem to find an answer. The developer of this theme has not responded from requests I made days ago so I feel like Im counting on you guys at this point!

Do you mean 'site name', 'site title'?

Old theme, will need to be done in dashboard.

In C5 - 5.5 +, go to 'system and settings' - 'basics' - 'sitename'.

In C5 - 5.4 +, go to 'Sitewide Setting' - under 'Site Name'

Yep that was it! How can I add my logo in that area?

5.4 and older: Go to your global scrapbook. If you do not have a scrapbook called global, just create one. Once you're in the global scrapbook, add a new image block with your logo in it. When you've added the block, click rename and rename it to "My_Site_Name" without the quotes.
5.5.1+: Go to "stacks". Create a new stack, and add a new image block with your logo in it. Once you've added the block, click the block and select "custom template". Add the name "My_Site_Name" to the custom template, save. Approve the changes in the stack. Voila!

After I create the stack and then click on the logo to take the steps in creating the custom template I do not see any option to add "My_Site_Name"... All it says is "There is no custom templates available"
