Download Drop Down Menu

I have several versions of the same file (ex. 4:3 desktop background and 16:9 desktop background). Rather than have a link for each file, I'd like to have a drop down box where they have the option to select either standard or widescreen for their download and then click a button to begin the download.

Is there an add-on in the system that will do this?

No, there is not an add-on that does this. However, it does sound like a good idea for a block I could make!
