It is meant for whoever (core team?, developer?) is responsible for maintaining downloadable addons in c5's market place.
I can get to the addon page but once downloaded the archive has a size of zero. See attached screenshot when the archive is opened.
I am hoping the addon is available and the broken link can be fixed.
