Drag and Drop function not working

Hi everyone
I have a drag-and-drop-issue with a theme. In edit mode, the drag-icon shows in the right upper corner, but I cannot grab it and move the block to another area.
When trying to move an area layout, I have the same issue. I need to keep the move-icon clicked, then the small black box (which usually contains the name of the block) moves along really!!! slow, but I cannot drop it anywhere. The components in the background won't highlight.
Where do I need to start looking for a solution?

If you are using Chrome open your Developer Tools and see if you have any javascript errors in the console. If you do, start by trying to resolve those. If you don't please provide the version of C5 you are using, the browser you are using, and which theme you are using.
