Drop Down Issue

I'm managing a site that's been up for awhile, but recently noticed a drop down issue. When you go to the Educator's Guide page or the Script page (under the nav menu item "Starstuff") no drop down menus appear – at all, for any page. Any idea why this would be happening?

Drop down is not set up, drop class is missing.

Is this not an sitewide autonav?
