Yes indeed its possible. You can do it in your css, or you can download this free add on for it.

I tried to use Amiant CSS3 Menu,
And it works, but if you see this linkhttp://www.lindelybo.dk
My problem s that it won't change the color on the font? And right know its pretty deficult to read
