Dutch Language no longer in? [SOLVED]

Hi there, I used to turn my site Languages into Dutch for my clients, but while building a new site, it seems to no longer be in the options. Was it taken out? And if so, can I download a Dutch language pack from somewhere?

It's there since the latest release about a week ago. I have been working on translations ever since it got removed in 5.7.5.7.
