e-commerce - free shipping over a certain amount

Hi guys,
I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Using the e-commerce system on 5.6.3 I want to use a flat rate of $10 for shipping but if the customer spends over $200 it will give them free shipping.
Can this be easily done? Is there an add on that can handle this?
I also have some products with a supplemented rate for shipping!
Any ideas would be appreciated!

Of the above mentioned, Table Based Shipping is your best bet (it's FREE).
