Wix is a flash based builder. It is made so that those who don't know code can build a nice website. C5 really isn't made for that. You do need to know some code, but honestly if you use a theme that you find in the marketplace, it is almost as easy as Wix. With C5, you have much more control over the tiny details, not to mention the ability to integrate things like javascript and custom html. I would say if your looking for something like Wix, you should go with Wix. Frz,correct me if I'm wrong, but I do not see C5 heading that direction anytime soon.

Hope this helps!

Note that Wix only makes Flash-based sites, which are terrible for coming up in Google search results (poor SEO), and will not work on most mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, etc.).
There are however many other services like Wix that let you build a website easily and do not suffer from those problems:
weebly.com
yola.com
jimdo.com
webs.com

Concrete5 is somewhat similar to the above services, except it's something you need to install and host yourself. The tradeoff is that Concrete5 requires some technical know-how to set up and build-out, but it gives you almost infinite flexibility to make whatever you want. Whereas the services I mention above (and Wix too) make it *very* easy to get set up and build your site without *any* technical know-how, but the kinds of sites you are able to build are somewhat limited. But if this limitation is not a problem (maybe you just want to get a site up quickly and don't need it to have a custom design or have any crazy custom features), then those services are definitely the way to go.

Thanks for your details.

Wix problem is that it is closed, a heavy (flash), and you can not have its own server.

I'm looking for a cms that would complete as wix (user friendly) but that would be more open. C5 does not seem to suit me. If you know one ...

i probably call a dev ^^

Well, I listed 4 for you above. I've personally usedhttp://weebly.com myself and it's great (as long as you're okay with their selection of designs and don't need anything more than their built-in functionality has to offer).
