eCommerce Add-on - Sales Rep Percentage Calculation

I've tried a few times to contact the creator of the Affiliate Tracking Add-on to no avail.
I need the CMS to calculate sales percentages automatically (before taxes) for a specific user group. This user group would contain the sales reps.
So, let's say a sales rep sells $100 to date and I need to add 7% commission to his/her sales. How would C5 be able to do this after the buyers select the sales reps ID as an order attribute?
Any help would be more than helpful. Our client simply doesn't want to calculate his own commissions for his employees anymore. Sad really...
Any assistance would be more than helpful as it pertains to either getting or losing this project.

If you're interested in this, we offer custom c5 development. Maybe build you a dashboard page where you could easily see the commissions for each sales rep?
