Hi there,
I am looking to purchase ecommerce add-on and wanted to know how the ordering system works a little more. For example, when a customer places an order through the commerce are there options to automatically send the customer a receipt, then when its shipped change the status in the system to shipped and it sends them an email saying the order has now been shipped?
If you could help that would be appreciated.
If anyone has a demo back office I can have a scurry around in that would be great.
