I am looking for a great theme/template to get a E-Commerce/Shopping site up and running without having to purchase a myriad of add-ons after the theme purchase.

I am open to choosing a FREE THEME and purchasing add-ons for CART mobility as well if this can be done.

Vivid also makes a free ecommerce module that may suit your needs.

I am currently building an ecommerce theme package for the marketplace.

It will have a built-in basic Paypal shopping cart feature, which will be ideal for smaller web shops.
