eCommerce Error

I just tried to update to the new concrete 5 and it did not work so I downgraded and now my eCommerce addon it acting weird. After checkout it proceeds to the billing page and it displays this error message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function isOrderAttributeKeyRequired() on a non-object in /home/dwm/public_html/packages/core_commerce/elements/checkout/billing.php on line 21
Does anyone have any suggestions?
