eCommerce - Is it possible to add to the states/provinces list

I would like to use the eCommerce add-on for my wifes site, but, I have noticed that there are a few UK counties missing. Does anybody know if is possible to manually add to this list?

Off the top of my head, you need to override and edit the list in:
concrete/helpers/lists/state_provinces.php
