eCommerce plugin for membership signup and/or buying digital content

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a plugin that is capable of achieving all or some of the features of the Lerteco Membership Plugin (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/lerteco-membership-commerce/) while also accepting credit card payments. I need to be able to sell content through my site, allow people to sign up for various types of memberships that allow them access to categories of content, and allow them to sign up for classes and fitness packages. While the Lerteco plugin does everything that I need, it unfortunately only allows for payments via Paypal. Does anyone know of any alternative solutions, or whether there might be a plugin that can extend the functionality of this one to accept credit card payments?

The Lerteco Membership addon is really all you need for this. Paypal is also a credit card processing gateway, so your users do NOT have to have a paypal account to make purchases. When they go through the checkout process, they will have the option to either use their Paypal account (if they have one), or they can use any other credit card.
