Edit Block, add image via file manager - main scrollbar appears again

Hey Devs!
I have currently a block where I let the user open the file manager and add a image. The problem is that the main page scrollbar is visible again after choosing a file from filemanager. Is there a way to prevent this? Maybe a javascript method call after image add?
Power Slider Lite e.g. has the same issue:
