Edit menu isn't working on a company network
Permalink
Hi,
I've built a C5 site for a client but on their network the edit menu doesn't appear when they click an editable area. The site works fine on my pc and their home pc so i'm guessing something on their network is stopping it working.
Does anyone have any idea what they've disabled or blocked to stop the edit menu from appearing?
Pop up blocker maybe?
Any suggestions would be appreciated as it's driving my client nuts and I don't want to use wordpress...

Red? Mine outline blue (with a pale blue overlay) when clicked in edit mode. A screen capture might be illuminating.
Tried a different browser?
Tried a different browser?
Hi,
The site is built in 5.6
They've tried different browsers, JavaScript is switched on
What else could it be?

Mis-matched HTML tags or a php error towards the end of the page could also cause similar symptoms.
Thought javascript had already been mentioned (seems not). Have a look for script errors in the browser developer console.
