editor bar not showing 5.7

The editor bar is being covered up in my new theme. yes i am am using PageWrapperClass and I tried 
.ccm-toolbar-visible .navbar-fixed-top {
  top:49px;
}

It is a theme I used to test in 5.7 beta and everything worked then.
