Hi. My partner and I have email links so visitors can contact us. They used to work and have stopped working. I've read many posts in the forum and tried the suggestions but nothing seems to work. Btw, when we access the site on our phones and hit an email link it opens an email!!! But not on our computers. Help is definitely appreciated. Thanks.

I thought the default email program was set up but we've found that others don't get an email opening when they click on our email links on the site. Ugh!

The email links on the 'Testimonials' page work fine for me.
With the prevalence of 'cloud-based' email like Gmail and Hotmail, there is always the possibility that the visitor has not set up their computers properly to open these links in the proper way. Perhaps it would be best to create a 'Contact Us' page and add a contact form that gets sent to one of the email addresses.

Are you sure your computer is set up correctly to automatically open email links in some default program?
