Email Notification on Contact Page not being received

Hi there,
My developer and I are in the process of building a client site that just went live. The site seems to be working fine with the exception of the Contact form on the Contact Page (http://physiotherapytoronto.com/contact).
Email notifications are not being received by the client to their email address they use the email address (info@adelaidewestphysiotherapy.com - this domain is redirected tohttp://physiotherapytoronto.com)....
I looked under the Reports in the Dashboard and I can see the emails be sent, I also checked the log which confirms the To: and From: email addresses as info@adelaidewestphysiotherapy.com are setup correctly.
Is there some type of conflict having To and From email addresses the same.
I also have asked the client to check their junk filter etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
