Embedded iframe looks crazy on ipad and android phone

From what I've read this is a bug in the OS's. I was hoping someone might have a work around or any news of when it might go away. It works fine on all laptop and desktop computers I've tried, but on my android phone and an ipad booth, the area around the iframe shows a ghosted image or a bleed through of the bottom page.
