Enhancment to Core Guestbook block

I'm adding the ability to report a comment to the core guestbook block. I have my ideas how this should work but I'm interested in what would be useful for others. I'll be returning the enhancement to the core team as a porposed enhancement to core but I'll post about what I've changed (prob just view.php).
