I am trying to make an ERP for a construction company where i can track the inventory , accounting , staff , projects etc ... Trying to make a Application that completely fulfills the needs of a Construction Firm
Here is a free and open source ERP that looks like it has the features you're looking for. It uses PHP and MySQL, so it has the same requirements as Concrete.

Although I want to use C5 for as much as I can, sometimes you need a proper solution, and in this case C5 might not be able to help you in this case, as it doesn't have some of the main features you mentioned.
I hope this helps.

Thank You for the answer PineCreativeLabs , I checked the ERP and it looks good , do you think this would be good enough to use this for a big Company or something more complicated should be built .
It looks pretty solid to be used for an enterprise, large-scale business.

C5 may or may not be able to do what you're looking for, with the right addons.
What features are you looking for?
