Error following upgrade from 5.5.2.1 to current version 5.6.0.1

Hi everyone. I upgraded a site I helped put together for a local community group over the weekend and they get this error whenever they try to add a new entry. I updated manually by dragging the new version into the updates folder & running the updater through the dashboard.

Warning: preg_match_all() [function.preg-match-all]: Compilation failed: invalid UTF-8 string at offset 1 in /content/Hosting/p/i/mysitename.com/web/updates/concrete5.6.0.2/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/urlify.php on line 152

I can alter the info on any page but cant add new listing. Any suggestions?

They are running on a Zeus server if this makes any difference?
