Error message when editing

When I add content then click Save the following dialog pops up:
Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document. Web Server at hayes-international.co.nz
Is there file permission I need to allow or is this a software security issue with my web host?

This happens only when I copy and paste code from one part of the site to another. It doesn't affect just standard text and photo editing.
Im guessing you have some server software that is blocking the submission, that error does not come from concrete5, but the webserver (im guessing a security type addon)
Yeah I've been in touch with the webhost but awaiting resolution on this.
Just wondered if anyone else using C5 had a similar problem and solution.

I'm pretty certain this is Mod Security kicking in an blocking the submit.
When you speak to your host, ask them to check their Mod Security logs around the time that you know a block happened (it can help to trigger the block just before speaking to them).
If they spot something, just ask them to whitelist the triggered rule.

That was it! My newer sites were on a newer PLESK panel with ModSecurity switched on in the firewall settings. Web Host kindly obliged so now I have happy clients!
