HI im getting this message as soon as I login to this clients website:http://cavemanproductions.com.au/...

File /home/cavemanp/public_html/concrete/themes/new/view.php not found. All themes need default.php and view.php files in them. Consult concrete5 documentation on how to create these files.

I don't usually use a view.php file and never had a problem with it.

Is there a simple way to fix this as its just this message and no dashboard.

Cheers
John

When I got this message it was an issue with my theme, which was not in a package - just something i'd built in the Themes directory.

1. copy the theme from Themes to Concrete/Themes
2. Run the site, change the theme temporarily to something else (e.g. plain yogurt)
3. Delete the copy of the theme in Concrete/Themes
4. Activate the desired theme.

Something about this jiggled its internal state enough to do the right thing.
