Error when adding new block after update

Hello,
I recently updated my Concrete5 version to 5.6.2.1 after backing up the database. I then created a new page, and went to add a new block and after clicking on the "+ Block" button, I received this message: (see attatched)
Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
