Error when switching from php 7.1 > 7.3

In the browser
"preg_match(): Compilation failed: invalid range in character class at offset 4"


In the logs:
Exception Occurred: /www/updates/concrete5-8.4.4_remote_updater/concrete/vendor/sunra/php-simple-html-dom-parser/Src/Sunra/PhpSimple/simplehtmldom_1_5/simple_html_dom.php:1378 preg_match(): Compilation failed: invalid range in character class at offset 4 (2)


Any idea how to fix this

Switch back to PHP 7.1 update to latest Concrete5 8.5.1, switch back to PHP 7.3

Hi!
I tried this to no avail.
Got into the dashboard from URL, but when clicking "update Concrete5, I got this error:
ini_set(): Tried to raise runtime beyond limit (0/180).

Any tips?
